Is Mono contagious?

Is Mono contagious? The kissing disease is contagious, after all it can be passed via saliva and other things. With almost everyone in a relationship or dating, it makes sense that it gets easily transmitted from one person to the next.

Young people are mostly the ones affected by this disease, but anyone can be affected. From babies to adults, anyone can get the disease. Research has shown however that older folks are less likely to get it, and a higher percentage of young people are the ones who are mostly affected on a daily basis.

Mono is contagious, and this makes it very easy to pass around. Besides kissing someone, you can get it from sharing a drink with your best friend, or sharing food. Some people have even gotten it from shaking hands, so it is extremely easy to pass around.
