Common sources of pressure include:Constipation and the accompanying extra straining Diarrhea and the continuous expulsion of loose stools Sitting or standing for a long time Obesity Heavy lifting Pregnancy and childbirth It's also possible to inherit a tendency to develop hemorrhoids..also you should note if u have trouble going to the bathroom like if ur constipated...being only 15 years old you should talk to an adult baout it mom,dad, aunt ,uncle who ever....Now treating the hemorrhoid depends on a couple of things. such as the size of the Hemorrhoid..if its a small one or a big one ! if the Hemorrhoid is the size of a golf ball or bigger than you have a blood clot in the Hemorrhoid which some times happens and more than likely you would have to end up having surgery and having the Hemorrhoid removed........ i just had a Hemorrhoid im in my late 20s though ....and i was scared to death never had one before but i will tell you how i used to get rid of it. i got mine last tuesday and its allmost completely gone. it will prolly take about 2 weeks thats a total of about 14 days for the Hemorrhoid to be gone..but here is what you should do you will need to types of medicine the first is hydrocortisone cream ..hydrocortisone is a steroid cream which is used to shrink the Hemorrhoid also you need to buy some preparation H. you can get both of these at your local walmart and they are cheap they cost only 5 bucks each...but you need both for it to work.....first thing in the morning when you wake up apply preparation H to the Hemorrhoid / later that day you will wash off the preparation H with a wash cloth and some water and then apply the hydrocortisone cream to the Hemorrhoid...then later on you will apply some more hydrocortisone cream / then just right before you go to bed you will use a wash cloth wash off the hydro cream and apply the preparation h again..........so you will be using the preparation H and the hydro cream both twice a day......also if u can manage after you take a crap if you can i would take a shower after pooping and wash your bottom good with soap and water then apply ither the hydro cream or preperation H cream after your shower...........also make sure you dry the bottom and Hemorrhoid good after washing with a wash cloth or showering/bathing..very important........following the advice i have gaqve you your Hemorrhoid should be gone in 14 days possibly less ....if ur Hemorrhoid has not cleared up in 14 days see a doctor...also if ur Hemorrhoidis hurting bad sounds... like it could be infected....you need to also get you some antibotic cream....such as neosporin and apply that as well........But if ur hemmorhoid is big golf ball sized then get to a doctor as soon as possible cause that means a blood clot as formed....i odnt wanna scare you but ive heard of people getn a Hemorrhoid and a blood clot forming and once the clot forms it can cause gangrene which is a roting process of the cells of the body really nasty stuff

Also eat foods that are high in dietary fiber like wheat bran, fresh fruit and most veggies. this is probably the most important thing. For bleeding hemorrhoids, eat foods like alfalfa, blacstrap olasses and dark green leafy veggies which are high in vit K..Drink lots iof liquid especially water - (preferably steam distilled - but tap water will do also.) this is the best, most natural stool softener... and helps prevent constipation.Avoid fats, animal products, coffee, booze and hot spices.Take 1 or 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil daily. helps to soften stools... You can get this at any health food store like GNC.There's more... but I gotta rest my fingers from typing lol.
KasotaI can so relate to your problem as threw the years I have suffered with hemroids. I had at age 40 hemroids so bad I had to have an operation, which believe me is the worst operation I ever had in my life. I tried every kind of hemorid product they had on the market. nothing gave me relief. After my surgery , the hemoriods returned. I just live with them now but did finially find something that works fast and helps before they get to inflamed and bleeding. When ever i feel one is trying to flare, which generally is because we strain to hard while using the bathroom, or sometimes we are sitting on our butt to long depending on our job. and believe it or not sometimes if we are on our feet to long causes it also. When you notice that this is happening use ( now don't laugh ) Vicks vapor rub works the faster . the important thing to remember is not to get the vicks near any private areas as it will burn bad. the first few times you use it, it will burn slightly. But the relief is almost instant. And helps the swelling go down. I have never had problems since. When i notice they are getting irratated, i instantly apply the vicks. And walla!!! I don't normally answer questions in this catagory but when i saw the question, I knew i had to help. I promise its the best thing that ever worked for me. The important thing to remember is to get to it before it gets worse. If you continue to have this problem your ownly sulution would be to see your doctor. Hopefully you never have to go threw this operation. It was worse then having ababy believe me. and its weeks of recovery to. good luck
Round MountainYou do need to see a doctor eventually. But try Nupercainal. It's good for hemorrhoids. Also as someone suggested, using a stool softener every day-like Colace or the store brand-helps. Pharmacist should be able to direct these to you if you can't find them.
Overtonhey, the best way is to make ur stool softer, u may find synthetic fibres the make stool softer, and please increase fibres in ur diet and drink a good amount of water plz...this is the best, warm water baths to ur hemorrhoid may be helpful...and their is a cream is a mix of local anesthtic and oil like ingredient that makes passing stool easier.if ur hemorrhoid becomes bigger and cannot be reduced back to ur anus this bring the concern to visit the sergeon..
MillenFirst take a stool softener like generic Colace, then apply Tronolane to the hemorrhoids. People have had good results with this. Tronolane can be hard to find. You may have to ask your pharmacist to order it, but it's worth it.
