In the mean time, it looks like you are doing all you can to get yourself some relief. But here are some solutions:Sit in a sitz bath, which helps the hems to heal. Get some Epsom Salts make sure they have melted all the way thru and sit in this warm water for up to 15 minutes or until you feel the pain easing away. Do this daily until the hems start to heal. Always apply the cream after you are done. Preparation H is excellent. Be liberal, don't be stingy. Apply plenty inside and outside so the wounds can heal.
