i dont have blood or mucous discharge but after pooping, my butt itches, it sometimes burns and i feel pins and needle type of pain..after a bowel movement there is some leakage of feces, that is a symptom of hemorrhoid according to mayoclinic..i want to know if hemorrhoid can be cured without surgery? If so, which medicine is the best? I dont want to temporary relief, i want to get rid of hemorrhoids completely..and is there any bad effect of medicine, if i dont have hemorrhoids, if something else is causing the discomfort?

Right I had 3 piles!1st they banded them they tried once and it failed the band fell off it hurt like a constant dull ache like someone constantly nipping the inside of your bowel NOT nice at all! Then months later they tried double banding them again its a horrible dull ache for months again it failed! They then moved onto injecting the hemmoroids to make them go away firt injection didnt have any effect! Months later 2nd injection no effectMonths later 3rd injection and complaint that its taking forever so they fianlly move me on to suregery! Guess what they only remove 1 at a fucking time! The first 1 removed causes me the most intense pain ive ever experienced in my life this goes on for months! Now the bstards want to go back to trying the injections again! Ive suffered long enough! I just want the fucking things taken out! I cant have a relationship till these disgusting things are gone! I cant get on with my career untill they are gone! They are making me wait months and months between each appointment and are dismissive and vague when I ask questions! I just want the last 2 removed via surgery ASAP (more months of waiting) I will suffer the intence pain one last time recover in a few months and be done with it! But now the fuckers want to go back to the injections! I dont like stuff being stuck up my arse I dont like years of my time being wasted and I dont like suffering in horrible pain! What would you do in my situation? The surgens and that are nice people so I dont want to balme anyone specific but they whole ordeal they put you through is making me extremely angry and yet they wont clue me in to whats happening next they will just give me another letter for my next appointment which will be in another month or so and there they will be vague!!!I cant take it anymore what should I do?

ok i am not pregnant, not possible cause i am in a gay relationship.No anal sex.i am having contactions it start in the lower back and raps around to the pelvic area, i also have a lot of anal pressure (no hemorrhoids and iam going pop just fine).Some times they get so intense i curl up into a ball and cry until it passes, i am no where near my period so i know its not cramps.I have been to the dr on this 2x and they just diagnose me with Interstitial cystitis i go through the treatments and still with no relief after.I have receive a pidural block which worked great, but the dr could still not diagnosis me.They tell me my parts inside swell up so bad that they start contracting cause they have no where to go.i am lost and confused and done with this any one out there have any advice

After having a pain in my rectal area i noticed a haemorrhoid but it had almost busted under the skin and had caused a dark bruise as welll as having the lump.Will the darkness (blood) just eventually disappear like a bruise does and should the haemorrhoid itself disappear now that it has busted?

My father ( 49 yrs old) was diagnosed with Hepatitis C at least five years ago, maybe more and also told that his liver was enlarged.He quit drinking about 3 or 4 years ago.He was a very heavy drinker and drug abuser.Last year he had x-rays done that showed that his liver had lesions (about 6?) and that his liver was enlarged ( I have no idea if it was the same as when he was first treated or if the swelling had increased) He seemed to be sorta okay healthwise for the last few years except for chronic hemorrhoids, very dry looking pale skin and excessive lip smacking (don't know what that is about..) Over the last few weeks he has been extremely fatigued, having sharp pains in his right abdomen every few minutes and last week we noticed that his eyes are VERY yellow..His tongue is very white..Is that a symptom of Hep C or something else? He has some emphysema and I suspect COPD...Is this disease fatal? I mean, I know it can cause liver failure, liver sclerosis, hepatomegaly, etc..What I dont know is how far advanced his case is.He is not too fond of medical help...I am trying to convince him to see a doctor....If you have an educated opinion on this disease, please give me some advice/ answers.Is he dying??? If you are going to post things like " make him go to the dr" or " I don't know" or " any other asinine answer, please kindly refrain.I know that this site is not a panel of experts but I am at a loss until I can convince him to let me get help for him.Thank you in advance for your help.I forgot to add that he is also vomiting and has diarrhea.I also forgot to add that he is confused a lot (like he can't think or his mind is moving slowly) and that his doc said his levels were "elevated" a few years ago.

I am having some bleeding from my bottom when I go to the toilet.I gave birth to my daughter 14 months ago and did get hemorrhoids but used cream and the symptoms seemed to ease.I do not suffer from constipation but still get bleeding most times when I go.The blood is dark red and sometimes has small clots.I seem to have a skin tag or something which I dont think is a hemorrhoid as it has been there for a long time before I had my daughter and never caused me any problems.I went to my doctor when the bleeding first started quite bad and she said I had a fissure.This was a few months ago and so would have thought it would have cleared up by now.Has anyone else had this? Did it clear up? Did you need any treatment? Sorry for the gross question lol.

He has Parkinson disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, and a heart condition.He takes several medications a day including pain pills for his back.I know the pain pills can cause constipation, but not to the extremity of it now.He uses enemas, and laxatives, including sorbitol (for severe constipation) and it seems nothing is helping.He occasionally uses hemorrhoid cream as well.He eats lots of T.V dinners, soups, sausage, and processed meats.His diet is horrible, but he is having trouble cooking for himself.He also sits at home in his chair and watches T.V most of the day and has trouble getting any exercise because of his deteriorating muscles.He is week and nauseous most of the time.I am getting ready to move in with him to care for him and am wondering if there is a certain diet that may help, or if it will require treatment from a physician.We have been to several doctors and all they do is change his medicine around.PLEASE I AM DESPERATE!! He needs help.

I've been putting Vaseline on it mainly to relieve itching.I've been reading about treatments online and the idea of any sort of surgery freaks me out!!! I had my gallbladder out back in March and I have enough digestive issues from that and I keep reading people having problems with that after surgery.I've also heard it's terribly painful! I think I need to visit a doctor or consult someone or something.Really panicking the more I think about it, but I think I've had a hemorrhoid problem for almost half a year now, and I'm terrified that it's getting worse or will get worse or might be irreversible or might cause irreversible damage etc.Pretty average freak-out stuff.Anyway, I'm 20 years old and have no insurance and very little money, any idea how much it could cost out of pocket? Also, if anyone knows, any idea how long the treatment might take/last? I'm really worried, I've changed my diet and am starting to exercise more but I've had it for almost six months, I think, so I don't think it's going to just go away.I could have misdiagnosed myself, also, seeing as I'm no doctor...but that's why I want to get professional consult before I panic even more.Any ideas/help/suggestions?
