I am suffering from internal hemorrhoids from past 6 months, it gives discomfort, burning and itching a lot and very much painful during bowel movement, after consulting homeopathic physician, i m having hamamailes drops and some mixed solution sugar balls on regular basis, it gave me just 40 % relive from chronic constipation and pain.but there is not improvement at actual effected area(piles).please suggest what to do? when is treatment at at nhs hospital negligent?
for the past few days the inside(the outerpart of inside) of my anus has been quite itchy and hurts when i sit sometimes, then today i when to the bathroom and when i wiped i saw a little bit of blood on the toiletpaper.i think this might be Hemorrhoids but i want to make sure? is there any home treatment because i will not go see a docter about it, i am only 14 and it would be a bit embarrasing :P, TY!


There is a problem with my anus?
I've tried 3 different treatments.1.Witch Hazel and Vaseline Result: More burning than I began with.2.Preparation H Hemorrhoid Cooling GelResult: Instant Cooling from the annoying itching but it only lasted about 20 minutes.3.Preparation H Maximum Strength Result: Lasting Relief but as soon as I stopped using it, they came back more vigorous than before.My main problem is the itching! They aren't really painful but they itch soooo bad! I've had them for about 3 years now.I've kind of determined that I have internal hemorrhoids because I have blood in my stool sometimes and my rectum just feels a bit swollen.I also have 2 little polyps around the anus that I think are external but they aren't severely thrombosed...just like BB pellet sized.I can I see swollen veins.I KNOW I should go to a doctor.But it's hard to even tell my parents about it to get medicine! How am I supposed to tell a doctor AND let him see my anus? I'm such a prude.I don't want some doc prodding around down there ; n ; What can I do?


My hemorrhoids won't go away!!?
I had a baby 3 months ago, and for a while afterwards every BM I had was extremely painful.It was like I had thousands of shards of broken glass in my stools.I eat pretty dang healthy (only have meat three times a week, lots of fiber and water, tons of different colored fruits and veggies, I get pizza on Fridays but that's about the only real vice, and I know it's not a protein issue because I get lots of vegetarian protein from seafood and certain plants and grains), and it slowly got better but never entirely went away.Now it hurts moderately, even though my stools are a really ideal texture, and I am constantly itchy and sore down there.It stings a ton when I urinate, as the urine drips down there, and I use a squirt bottle with warm water to clean myself afterwards, and that stings like crazy, too! I had my boyfriend take a look, and he says there's a little white "loop of skin" towards the top of my anus (What he meant by "loop" is it's a half-circle shape, it doesn't actually disconnect from the rest of my skin at any part), but other than that everything looks as normal as he can tell.From what I know about hemorrhoids, they're usually a purple-ish color, and if they're painful then they're visible, and they usually look kind of like tiny grapes or cushions.This doesn't seem like it looks like hemorrhoids.There's a ton of bright red blood whenever I have a BM too, to the point where whenever I wipe all I can see is blood, and sometimes I have to wipe several times to get it all.I'm fairly certain I don't need to change my diet, and I've never had anything like this before (when my diet was poor a few years ago, I had IBS symptoms, but they went away when I got pregnant and did a complete dietary overhaul), and I have been doing all the typical hemorrhoids treatments like the squirt bottle and sitting in a bath...any suggestions as to what else it might be, and how I can get rid of it, would be awesome, thank you!


Is it hemorrhoids or something else?
First of all i want to point out that I am a young straight male who is a virgin and I do not put anything into my anus.I know some immature people are going to leave some rude comments if I don't make this clear.About three months ago I had a colonscopy and the doctor found that my colon has no problem other than a very small internal hemorrhoid.About half a month after that when I was in bathroom I past some rock-hard stools and i felt like there was a cut on my anus and it hurted as hell, then a few drop of blood dripped down to the toilet.From then on everytime when I walk or run for a while my anus will feel irritated, not painful, just some very uncomfortable feeling; in addition, from then on about every two week i would notice blood on my stool and toilet paper, but most of the time it's not painful at all.And the blood is sometimes birhgt red and somtimes its a little bit darker, but not very dark.I am guessing it is because I have not fully recovered from the fissure, but one thing that confuses me is that now when I see blood on my stool I wont feel any pain, cause I know fissure is supposed to be painful everytime when passing stools.I am wondering if the uncomfortable feeling I get when walking/jogging and the blood is due to the fissure that I had or the hemorrhoid? Please tell me what you think If you or somebody you know have or had similar problem.Thanks in advance.I did think about going back to the doctor but I want to see if I can solve this problem myself first.I read online that fissure takes a long time to heal and suggested treatment includes warm bath, stool softener and fiber, I am afraid that when i go to the doctor he will just tell me to do the same thing, I am a poor student and can't afford high health care cost!
