How To Use Kegel Exercises To Cure Hemorrhoids Naturally

Kegel exercises are a very effective natural hemorrhoid cure that you can do anywhere, any time, and as often as you like. Kegel exercises prevent hemorrhoids by increasing the flow of blood to your anal muscles.

These exercises were invented in the 1940s by Dr. Arnold Kegel, a gynecologist, they help to strengthen pelvic muscles used during urination.

Other benefits of these exercises include:

-The prevention or reversal of urinary incontinence

-Avoidance or relief of the symptoms of uterine prolapse, in which the uterus actually drops down into the vagina

-Stoppage of leakage of stool

-Increased sexual pleasures.

You can practice kegel exercises while sitting on the toilet, lying down, or having a conversation over coffee in the coffee shop, and both men and women can benefit from practicing these exercises.

How to Use Kegel Exercises as a Natural Hemorrhoid Cure

-First, you must locate your pubococcygeal, muscle. This is a hammock-shaped muscle that runs from your pubic bone to your tailbone (also called the coccyx). Kegel exercises strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle.

How do you locate this muscle? The muscle that moves when you stop the flow of urine midstream when you are urinating is your pubococcygeal muscle. If you can not voluntarily stop the urine flow it means that your pubococcygeal muscle is already weak and you will be able to identify the muscle via these steps:

-For women, you should stick two fingers inside your vagina then squeeze your vagina. The muscle you feel clamping down around your fingers is the pubococcygeal muscle.
