Hemorrhoid Symptoms And Treatment

What are Hemorrhoids?

Around the area of the anal opening are masses of blood veins with surrounding tissue. We all have propensity to develope hemorrhoid symptoms in our body, however when they start growing and bleeding, they must definitely be treated or else they can turn out very painful. The symptoms of hemorrhoids are; blood in your stool, blood in the toilet bowl or else you may find blood on the toilet paper when you wipe yourself. Alternate hemorrhoid symptoms can be either rectal itchiness or having to strain when having a bowel movement.

Different Hemorrhoid Types

There are different types of hemorrhoids. Those hemorrhoids starting at the top of the anal canal are known as internal hemorrhoids, while those that begin at the lower portion of the canal near to the anus called external hemorrhoids. There is no known cure for a hemorrhoid condition but there are many ways of alleviating the pain associated with them by use of a hemorrhoid treatment.

Common Causes of Hemorrhoids

The most frequent cause of hemorrhoids is constipation, as when a person is constipated and straining to have a bowel movement, exerting extra pressure on the rectal area causes the veins to swell, eventually leading to the need for necessary Hemorrhoid treatment.
