1. Fruits and Vegetables

These are the foods that are full of antioxidants, as well as vitamin C and beta carotene. The antioxidants defend your body against diseases and infections, including some forms of cancer. They also protect the sperm from harmful toxins that lead to reduction in fertility. Beta carotene, a type of vitamin A that is found in carrots, kale, spinach, and cantaloupe, apart from vegetable soups and carrot juices, helps in reproduction process. Vitamin C-rich fruits and veggies such as green and red bell peppers, tomatoes, citrus fruits, winter squash and spinach, are good for making the body immune to many diseases and infections such as common cold.
