Hemorrhoids can anybody help???

i guess i am having an external hemorrhoid.i dont experience pain or bleeding. in worst cases i dont feel comfertable setting in some positions.anyways , i dont know what to do about itis there any posibility in which i can get rid of it ( at home).can it be gone forever!! or does all treatments are just for living with it???it really bothers me to have this problem!although i always eat good food ( lots of fibers )???help me please is there a way to get rid of hemorrhoids forever???
