Have a blended drink made of 1 to 2 cups oatmeal or bran with enough fresh water to make it less thick, add sugar and berries to make it more palatable. Milk thistle is a natural herb in pill form, available without prescription, safe, and not too pricey. Follow directions, there is no overdose level, may take a few days to show results.Drink lots of water throughout the day. Eat a can of beans a day, make this a regular habit. For the future, ask your mom to give you more bread/pasta/ rice/cereal/ vegetable dinners, and A LOT less meat, cheese, other dairy foods, they cause constipation !

Take a magnesium supplement. That puts water in the stool. And make sure that you eat plenty of fiber...that's why apricots help. Or you could simply take a stool softener like dulcolax. Most folks dont know it, but dulcolax is totally natural, and safe enough that gynocologists and obstetricians suggest it to preganant women.

Although not always the case, if you are suffering from hemorrhoids, chances are you are not eating properly. The two biggest culprits when it comes to hemorrhoids causes are diet and exercise. A poor diet can give you either diarrhea or constipation, both of which lead to hemorrhoids over time. Foods such as green vegetables, apples and whole grains are a great place to start; however, introduce these foods gradually over a couple of weeks.

Hi ,Surgery is an option for curing hemorrhoids but should be used one once all other methods have been exhausted. Surgery usually results in a very painful recovery period and can be very expensive. Different hemorrhoid surgeries have different success rates but in general none can guarantee a permanent cure of hemorrhoids. There is a Blog by Elizabeth Moore on that topic .myhemorrhoidcurestory.com/hemorrh…
