For convenience in describing the severity of internal hemorrhoids, many physicians use a grading system: First-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that bleed but do not prolapse. Second-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse and retract on their own (with or without bleeding). Third-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse but must be pushed back in by a finger. Fourth-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse and cannot be pushed back in. Fourth-degree hemorrhoids also include hemorrhoids that are thrombosed (containing blood clots) or that pull much of the lining of the rectum through the anus..www.medicinenet.com/hemorrhoids/p…

Hey,Your options for curing your hemorrhoids are to use: 1. Creams - I’m personally not a big fan because they often only provide temporary relief and sometimes have painful side effects.2. Surgery - I suggest only considering this if you have exhausted all other options. Surgery can very very very painful and requires significant recovery time (sometimes more than 4 weeks depending on which surgery you use). Hemorrhoid surgery is also one of the more expensive options. 3. Natural cures - H Miracle and Venapro are two natural cures that work very well without any harmful side effects. Both work to cure the cause of the hemorrhoid (not the symptom as in the case of creams) which means long term results. You can definitely beat hemorrhoids so don’t feel demoralized! You might find it useful to read a case study I wrote about a friend of mine who suffered from hemorrhoids – she struggled big time but eventually cured herself (I provided a link to it below). That should give you new hope! Also check out the other website I listed below for lots of things you can do to temporarily help with the pain. It also has reviews of the Venapro, H Miracle and lots more info.Hope this helps!Heather-Jane

You poor thing! You could put on some anesthetic cream before you go to numb the area. Keep your bowel movements soft with plenty of water. The surgery is awesome, most patients love it

Oh you poor baby. My SIL had nearly the same thing after her first baby. She had the surgery and said it was not as bad as she thought. I hope you get better soon.
