Use baby wipes when you go and don't rub, it will just irritate them. When they act up, sit in a sitz bath (warm, shallow water).Congratulations on your baby :)

Did you have them immediately after having the baby? They never go away, sorry. They will go down and be less swollen though. It sucks, I know. You can use creams and a sitz bath.
