Chamblee

still very painful when I past motion and that makes me very afraid so it still takes about half hour for me to past motion. I ned to manually push the piles back into my rectum and that's very painful. My doctor has refer me to a specialist but I don't know when I'll get an appointment. I understand that the medical procedures to remove it is very painful(during and after). Is there an alternative treatment? Does any of the treatment that's available on the internet works? Please help. I have been have this problem for the past 2months.

you need to be aware that the surgery will not cure the problem. they can and usually do come back. i know one man that had the surgery 6 times and when he died he had hemorrhoids. there are some herbal remedies that can help. i listed some of them below.Psyllium to help regular bowelsfor the hemorrhoids use one of these:Butcher's broomPopularSweet cloverTolu balsamWitch hazel

I'm sorry, but too much information. Wait for your specialist, if there was another option your MD would have said

Sawpit

that sounds awful buddy.

I'm sorry about the painful situation (gross as it is). Hope everything works out for you.

For severe internal hemorrhoids they do need to be sugical taken care of if they persist for more than a month it is a small procedure the doctor will you like a small probe and touch it to the affected are you will at most only feel a little warm sensation and after there is no pain that day or the next treatment reccomendation are 6-7 treatmeants in a one two two week interval between treatments.

if u r constipated it will make ur hemorrhoids worse. Drink prune juice or take epsom salt. try preparation H cream and wipes too for ur hemorrhoids.

Get them removed. This is not a time for "alternative treatment". May be painful after the surgery, but I am sure they will have you nice and numb during. It can't be worse then what you are having to deal with right now. You need to tell your Doctor to schedule this pronto. Anything else seems like cruel and unusual punishment.

Hemorrhoidectomy is not that bad. They give you a local, this is the worst, lance and/or remove the hemorrhoids, add a stitch if needed (it usually isn't) then you go home. In office procedure, in and out! Continue to use the suppositories and ointment, take the Metamucil and be sure you drink LOTS of water. You can also try a Sitz bath. Run water, as hot as you can stand it, in the tub. Sit in the tub with the water running, preferably in a position so that the water circulates around the rectal opening. You can also use warm compresses or cold compresses if they feel better (I always preferred cold compresses). Also get some TUCKS to wipe with, the itch hazel in them is very soothing.

hemroidectomy is not the only sugerical option and it sounds like you need surgery buddy. you can do a procedure called "procedure for prolapse and hemaroids" PPH it is an in and out procedure and the recovery time is pretty quick. i am sure it is painful, but works well. any good colorectal surgeon can do it in less than an hour but it does require general anesthesia

I agree with widowmaker, that with the surgery you'll remove the hemorrhoids, but sooner or later they'll come back. If you'll deside to go for the surgery, see that thenafter, you'll keep soft stool. Find what is the reason for hemorrhoids to appear - genetical predisposition, constipation, overweight, too much pressure put in the lower rectum due to prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, pregnancy, etc. From personal experience I recommened Rue Care Oil, it helped 2 persons to avoid surgery. Even if you'll opt for surgery, I would say to use thenafter Rue Care Oil, because it strenghten the veins and prevent hemorrhoids from re-appearing.
